Meet The Team Our facilities have a team of about
50 multitalented, specially trained individuals who
cater to the needs and wishes of our residents.
We pride ourselves in providing specialized training
so that we can certify our employees as Dementia
Care Specialists, Certified Medication Passers, etc.
Dianne is the Administrator of all three
facilities. To become an Administrator, an
individual must have at least one (1) year of
experience actually providing hands on care to
residents, and financial and administrative
management to operate a facility to provide the
level of care and program as approved. The
Administrator must also be competent in nutrition,
first aid, CPR, safety and fire prevention, resident
rights, prevention and containment of communicable
diseases and the needs of the population to be
served. Dianne also functions as Operations
Director at all three facilities overseeing the day
to day operations with the help of an Operations
Manager and two Assistant Operations Managers.

The Senior Management Staff is
made up of the following individuals:
Kathleen Brunson is our Director of Operations
and also functions as Administrator Designee. As
Administrator Designee, Kathy is capable of stepping
into Dianne’s position if, for any reason, she
becomes unable to run the company. Kathy came to us
with many years of experience in caring for seniors.
She is, on a full time basis, overseeing the daily
operations in all three of our facilities.
 Alan
Urbanyi, our Building and Security Manager, has been
with us since we purchased the company in 2005 and
has about 15 years experience with our buildings. We
have yet to find something that Alan can’t fix; he
knows every nail, screw and bolt in our facilities.
As Security Manager, he also functions in the
capacity of Safety Officer making him responsible
for detecting and eliminating dangerous situations
before they occur.
 Cynthia
McIlvain, our Marketing Manager, joined us a couple
of years ago bringing with her many years of
experience in caring for seniors. She is responsible
for bringing residents to us and for our advertising
efforts. Cynthia is the liaison with senior groups,
veteran organizations, discharge planners, etc; she
also administers our Honor and Pride program
providing assistance to veterans.
 Roxanne
Forbes is our Operations Manager at the Terrace.
Roxanne has many years of experience with our
facilities and is directly responsible for the day
to day operations of the facility under her
management. Under Kathy Brunson’s watchful eye,
Roxanne is responsible for keeping care levels above
the norm and prides herself in attaining these
goals.
 Kathy
Abunaw our Dietary Supervisor has, as her primary
function, the responsibility for feeding our
residents. In this capacity she must determine that
daily minimum requirements are met when planning
menus and purchasing food. Kathy also assists in the
processing of paper work for new employees after
they are hired.
 Kimberly
Wray is the Assistant Operations Manager at the
Carriage and Garden Houses. Kim came to us recently
with extensive training and experience in medical
functions. Kim runs the day to day operations of the
Carriage and Garden Houses and is responsible for
ascertaining that the levels of care remain well
above the norm.
 Together, our
management team has about 35 years with our company
and well over 100 years of experience in the field
of Assisted Living.
