Assisted Living Facility, was founded on the
premise that our residents are our family.
You have found the place where people really do care.
 Windhaven is a family owned and family run
business – the Caza family takes a very
active part in the management of their
company. We are a small locally owned
business, not part of a large conglomerate.
Being State licensed, we have minimum
staff to resident ratios dictated to us;
however, we choose to provide staffing in
excess of the ratios as outlined by the
State.
Our residents live in a home-like
environment, not in an institutional
setting. All of our rooms are
comfortably
furnished but the residents are
welcome to bring any of their own furniture
or other little touches that would make them
feel right at home.
Meals are all cooked from scratch on
our premises. We are able to meet all
dietary requirements and we are very
cognitive of our diabetic residents – all of
our desserts are diabetic friendly.
Our employees are Dementia Care Certified
so that they are very aware of the needs and
moods of those residents with varying
degrees of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
We continue to research and develop new and
innovative ways to provide our residents
with the most up-to-date care options
available.
 It is our intention to keep our residents
as independent as possible for as long as
possible. We encourage them to do for
themselves the things that they are capable
of doing. Our dedicated staff strives
to provide individualized care and promote
the general health and well-being of our
residents using proven care methods.
